Refund Policy

At Variable Squirrel, we provide custom digital services through ongoing subscriptions and digital downloadable products. Because each service is tailored specifically to your business and requires dedicated time and resources, and because digital downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once work has begun, services have been delivered, or digital products have been accessed.
Digital Downloads
All digital download products, including but not limited to playbooks, worksheets, templates, and affirmation cards, are non-refundable once access has been granted to your member area or download links have been provided.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to digital materials and that refunds cannot be issued after delivery.
Custom Services & Subscriptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following strict conditions:
- Duplicate payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will promptly issue a refund for the duplicate amount.
- Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within 15 business days beyond the originally promised timeline, and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts, you may be eligible for a refund.
Delays caused by your failure to provide necessary information, content, approvals, or access will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds will also not be granted in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, widespread technical outages, or other unforeseen emergencies beyond our control.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to payments@variablesquirrel.com. We are committed to working with you to address concerns and ensure a positive experience.
