Refund Policy

At Variable Squirrel, we provide custom digital services through ongoing subscriptions. Because each service is tailored specifically to your business and requires dedicated time and resources, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or services have been delivered.

Refunds may only be considered under the following strict conditions:

  • Duplicate payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will promptly issue a refund for the duplicate amount.
  • Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within 15 business days beyond the originally promised timeline, and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts, you may be eligible for a refund.

Delays caused by your failure to provide necessary information, content, approvals, or access will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds will also not be granted in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, widespread technical outages, or other unforeseen emergencies beyond our control.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to payments@variablesquirrel.com. We are committed to working with you to address concerns and ensure a positive experience.
